Our range contains mechanically bonded or bronze-bonded diamond cutt-off wheels.
The bronze-bonded diamond cut-off wheels are available for nearly every field of application.
Some examples for the material to be handled:
- even hardest stoneware in wet and dry cutting
- granite
- marble
- glass
- ceramics
- tiles
- etc.
Characteristics of mechanically bonded diamond cut-off wheels:
mechanically bonded for the cutting of jemstones as agate, jade, crystal,
tiger’s eye, sodalite, rhodonite as well as glass, concrete, asbestos concrete and other solid materials.
The diamond is pressed into the wheels made of special steel.
The advantage of these wheels results from the small cutting thickness:
- high concentration of diamond
- high cutting performance
- minimum of cutting rejects
- important saving of raw material
- low tooling costs
We have made a careful selection of the grain sizes according to the blades’ thickness and the usual field of application.
Special designs or other grain sizes are available on request.
