The drilling machine type Hobby-Pro is a specially developed machine in order to drill materials as glass, quartz, ceramics, gemstones of every type (except of diamonds) as well as solid carbides with diamond hollow drills.
The diamond drilling machine disposes of a high-performance 220 - 240 V-permanent magnet motor and a spindle drive with shaft joint via triple pulley with poly-V-belts.
This entails the very important advantage of a nearly sextuple torque in the lower rotational-speed-range (for large drilling diameters).
Spindle sleeve feed for careful working and practical display of drilling depth with adjustable end stop as well as precision-mounted drilling spindle.
