Drilling adapters
The handling of diverse materials requires the application of different diamond hollow drills and thus varying holding features.
For this purpose, we have developed a series of so-called drilling adapters, which fulfill these requirements. Made by high-quality materials as ball-bearings and gaskets they are always reliable and ready for use.
Small drilling adapter:
The small drilling adapter can be fixed into every box column drill and does a reliable work by the intermediary of our diamond hollow drills "Schaft F". There is directed some water laterally to the drilling adapter, fact which enables the penetration of the drill into the material.
Diamond hollow drills with a diameter from 0.5 mm to 8 mm can be applied. Working with this drilling adapter, we use the bench drilling machine TBH made by Proxxon. This adapter has an ejecting function of the drilling cores.
Large drilling adapter:
for diamond hollow drills from 0.5 mm with R1/2" respectively holder C, this drilling adapter is used for bench drilling machines.
The machine’s holding possibility are cylindrical clamping shafts with a diameter of 13 mm or DIN taper mounts MK2 / B16.
Also in this case, some water is conducted laterally, fact which enables the penetration of the drill into the material.
This drilling adapter can also be delivered with a drilling core ejector..
Drilling adapter C / F:
By the intermediary of this drilling adapter made in stainless steel, it is possible to use diamond hollow drills having the holder "F" with the large adapter.
This adapter disposes also of an ejecting function of the drilling cores.
The cooling is effected by the large drilling adapter.
